Following Government advice, the Ascendancy team have been working from home since Wednesday, March 18th. Because all our software is online, we are able to continue delivering services as normal.

Most client communication is now taking place using video conferencing and email. Meetings are being held virtually as well.

For digital marketing clients, your account manager will have sent you their Skype address and any other contact details you need during this period.

For website clients, just email [email protected] in the usual way for any support you need during this period. The [email protected] email address goes to three members of staff, so your message will be seen more quickly than if you send it to one member of staff.

We understand this is a really difficult time for everyone, but our support will continue throughout.

Our staff have a bundle of office toiletries to keep them going!
