Morning Course

This course follows on from our ‘Google Analytics – Beginners’ course.

Delegates need to be already using Google Analytics on a regular basis and be familiar with the key metrics, common reports, navigating around Analytics, setting up basic goals, comparing different date ranges etc.

We will be covering the following topics:

  • Creating and using segments to analyse performance of subsets of Analytics data
  • Understanding user behaviour with Event Tracking
  • Using advanced filters to block IP addresses / spam etc, and creating different filtered views
  • Using multichannel funnels to understand how different traffic sources combine to generate conversions
  • Setting up goal funnels
